Colour plays an important role in our life. Through colour we recognise things, we make meanings communicable to others, and we interpret occasions and situations. In fashion, if there were no colours, everything would only be patterns and designs. If there were no colours, there would no longer be the existence of the make-up industry.
Throughout childhood Anna Wild fell in love with painting and the idea of transforming a canvas through the use of colour. Today is exactly the same, only now the face is Anna’s canvas.
Having worked with some of the worlds most highly respected brands, artists and fashion outlets, Anna has established an ever-growing reputation as one of the make-up industries brightest stars. Having started her career working for MAC cosmetics in London she was quickly recognised for her passion and the ability to make someone’s creative vision come to life.
Anna’s gift at applying colours and textures has seen her work with bands such as Alt-J, Groove Armada and Take That. Highly respected TV shows, including Jools Holland and Strictly Come Dancing and world-famous brands, from Coca-Cola to Topshop.
Anna loves how the slightest bit of colour can not only transform someone’s look but also elevate confidence. Anna puts it best herself “ The whole process from start to finish fascinates me and seeing the end result, knowing I’m part of this great vision of art, is everything”.
Between her full training in hair and make-up and having worked with such a vast array of great musicians, commercial and fashion clients, Anna can provide the full package for any shoot.
